A familiar story ...

We started hosting with "super-host" about 6 or so years ago... paid yearly... about 2 years ago upgraded to lifetime but never got information about control panels since we were moving cross country. Then about a year later website went down and when I emailed I got notice I needed to upgrade to lifetime... I say, hey I paid for that last year. so it goes back up. I have had troubles technical, mostly with email... then I get a call that the old server my site is on (i was on sabrina.super.nu --skyport) was being retired and I had to pay $99 to be moved to the new whatever super duper walk on water server. WHATEVER.

Last week Friday AUG 5 2005 I try to access control panel and it is not working but website is still up and email still working. I email steve, no reply. I chalk it up to maybe he is off for the weekend. then sometime on sunday or monday my website is gone. my email not working. I email steve again. i think maybe I will try to look for fidpac. that is when i find this [The Gunnels Collective website] on Yahoo.

I still am in denial. I just can't believe it. Please tell me it is all a dream, and I will wake up and my [site] will be back in place. by the way when i was upgraded, i was on ns50/51. and my domain was listed on that post of please help email.

I guess I will have to look for a new webhosting company.
