Gunnels the scammer

I got scammed big time.
I've been with Gunnels for over 5 years and had 29 websites go south. I had 38 Lifetime slots on one server and 5 on another.
I've made my reports to the local law enforcement officials and the FBI. I sent Gunnels a certified letter today giving him 10 days to either supply hosting or refund the nearly $2500 I paid for all the LT domains. If everyone that has been scammed would do the same he'll end up bankrupt or in jail or both.
Each of us made a contract with him via email (I'm assuming) so the County where you made the contract (that would be wherever you received his reply) is the place of jusidiction so we each file a lawsuit he will need to travel all over the country to defend himself or loose by default.
